Bill Devins works as a stagehand, electrician, and very occasional lighting designer. A 32 year member of IATSE Local 13, Bill is the House Head Electrician at the Orpheum Theatre, a union house presenting Broadway road shows on Hennepin Avenue in Minneapolis. He is a Member-at-Large of the IATSE Local 13 Executive Board and Chair of the Local’s Safety Committee.
