Rachel Lantow (she/her) both tours and works locally in the Twin Cities as a freelance Production and Stage Manager. Her credits include Cirque Mechanics, THREADS Dance Company, the Flying Foot Forum, Circus Juventas, Illusion Theatre, SOLO, Momentum, and Minnesota Dance Theatre. She serves on the TFC Steering Committee and is currently helping produce the podcast We Shadows. She is most interested in uplifting community-building projects, fostering connection, and advancing empowerment for the folks behind the scenes of performing arts.
