Are you getting compensated fairly? Pay transparency in the theatrical production community is vital in combating worker abuse and white supremacy in the industry. Thanks to the work of Elsa Hiltner, who designed and distributed the survey, and Mary Shabatura, who compiled the Minnesota results into an easy to read document, we can easily see self-reported wages of the designers in Minnesota.
